PSV Eindhoven stance emerges as Jarrad Branthwaite linked with Everton exit
PSV Eindhoven currently cannot afford the deal to secure the services of Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite this summer.
According to Eindhovens Dagblad on Friday (25 August), the only way they can do it is once they cash in on the services of Ibrahim Sangare.
The 21-year-old spent last season out on loan at the Dutch side and they now want to sign him on a permanent basis.

Keep him
Branthwaite is an exceptional defender who’ll only get better with time so the Toffees must look to keep him.
He is very good for his age and has proven that he can perform at the senior level so it’s time he’s given a chance.
Michael Keane has been disastrous this season and Ben Godfrey hasn’t done himself any favours over the last season or two.

With Yerry Mina having left the club and Mason Holgate with a foot outside the door already, they do need to retain the centre-back options they’ve got.
A fair case can be made for Branthwaite to even start ahead of Keane and Sean Dyche is known to make such sweeping calls so he needs to do that.
He’ll also need to convince the 21-year-old that he sees him as part of his plans this season in order to keep him at the club.
In other Everton news, a first-team player linked with a Premier League rival club may now force his Goodison Park exit unless Sean Dyche axes a senior man.
