Marcus Rashford and Jack Grealish react to six-word Dele Alli Everton fitness update

Premier League stars Jack Grealish and Marcus Rashford reacted to Dele Alli’s post on Instagram after the Everton midfielder posted a new update on his fitness during the international break.

The 27-year-old is yet to make an appearance for the Toffees this season as he continues to recover from the hip injury suffered during his loan spell with Besiktas last season.

The former Tottenham star appears to be closing in on a return to fitness as he shared a post on his Instagram account (15 November) clearly showing him stepping up his recovery during weather training in the Middle East.

Dele captioned his Instagram post (15 November): “It’s not over until I win” with Grealish sharing an emoji message on the midfielder’s post while Manchester United forward Rashford shared a like on his fitness update.

Revival

Clearly, Rashford and Grealish know something we don’t and that’s Alli nearing a rousing return to full fitness soon enough as these training images clearly show he is determined to return in tip-top shape.

There is the possibility that Dele will become a crucial factor in the Everton first team in the near future because of his rehab from injury, and it would be wrong to write him off already.

Everton

Dele hasn’t stepped foot on the playing field since February when his loan with Besiktas was cut short during injury and has suffered several setbacks on the road to recovery that have left him sidelined for the opening months of the campaign.

He also revealed a number of off-field struggles in an emotional interview with Gary Neville (13 July) but also hinted that he is certainly not giving up hope on returning to his best self again.

The Toffees have finally started to discover the winning formula in the Premier League and the mood around Goodison Park has lifted in recent weeks and it feels as though Dyche has created an environment in which Dele could return and flourish on Merseyside.

Every footballer no matter their past difficulties deserves the opportunity to revive their careers again and Alli is no different. These new images he’s posted should provide Everton fans with plenty of encouragement regarding his incoming return.
