The finance expert admitted that losses are almost touching £500million in the last five years, with no surprise that a second charge is now pending.
The Toffees are set to learn their fate within days from the Premier League, with the fear of another points deduction growing at Goodison Park.
“I think it becomes crystal clear why we’ve got a second charge pending,” he exclusively told Goodison News.
“From what we’ve seen if you take it back to 2019 or a few years ago, and the losses are almost touching £500million, it’s a really bleak financial picture.
“These losses now add to that picture and it’s no surprise to see the charge still pending in that regard.
“Against all the other stuff that is going on at the minute, it’s another set of bad accounts for the club, and obviously impacting the here and now of what’s going on and where the club ends up finishing this season.”
