Everton have not yet made an offer to sign PSG midfielder Carlos Soler despite making inquiries, according to HITC.

The news outlet reported on 23 August that the Champions League side have frozen out the 27-year-old and even left him out of the squad.

West Ham are also understood to be keen on securing the Spain international's services ahead of 30 August transfer deadline.

Everton must act quickly to beat West Ham to securing Carlos Soler's transfer

To sway Soler's decision in their favour, the Toffees need to act swiftly and decisively.

They must present a compelling project that emphasises the 27-year-old's role as a key player, potentially offering him a central position where he can influence the game significantly, something that might appeal to his ambitions.

Everton could highlight their history and plans after moving to the new stadium next season which could intrigue Soler with the prospect of regular Premier League football.

Financial incentives, including a competitive salary package, might also play a crucial role but it remains to be seen if they can actually afford to do that.

Additionally, the Toffees could leverage any potential connections or Spanish contingents within the club to make Soler feel more at home.

Personal terms aside, they should negotiate aggressively with PSG, possibly proposing a loan with an obligation to buy, aligning with financial fair play considerations.
