Goodison News has learned that the announcement is subject to just one more thing and is expected to go ahead without a hassle.

Via X, Myers wrote: "I don't see a change of manager tbh."

Sean Dyche may get some time under the new owners at Everton

Giving Dyche time under the new regime at the club makes strategic sense.

Continuity can provide stability during a transition period, which is crucial when a club has undergone a takeover, allowing the team to adapt without the additional pressure of a managerial change.

Dyche has shown an ability to work within constraints, a trait that might be beneficial if the new owners plan to invest gradually rather than immediately.

His experience with relegation battles could also be invaluable if Everton face similar challenges in the immediate future.

If after two to three months, performance does not improve, then a change might be warranted, but this period allows for a fair assessment under a new regime.

That being said, it's also important for the new owners to speak to prospective replacements if they decide to change managers.
