Everton news round-up: Jack Grealish’s Villa thoughts already clear, David Moyes set to be unhappy
Everton have enjoyed a strong start to the Premier League season, and could make it even better against Aston Villa on Saturday.
Merlin Rohl signed for Everton on transfer deadline day and could be involved in the clash, with Adam Aznou also waiting for his Toffees debut.
David Moyes will hope to make it three consecutive Premier League wins for the Blues, for only the second time since March 2021.
Here, Goodison News rounds up all of the latest news over the last 24 hours.

Harrison Armstrong scores for England Under-19s
For the second consecutive game, Everton starlet Harrison Armstrong has scored for England Under-19s.
It has been a strong international break for the midfielder, who scored a late equaliser against Spain before netting the opener against the Netherlands on Tuesday.
Armstrong was loaned out to Preston North End on transfer deadline day, after an impressive start to the season under Moyes.
Tyler Dibling impresses for England Under-21s
Everton winger Tyler Dibling showed superb defensive presence for England under-21s against Kazakhstan on Monday, winning nine duels and making three tackles.
And the youngster was in fine form going forward, too, bagging an assist for Jobe Bellingham’s header.

Dibling is yet to receive his full Everton debut since making the £40million move from Southampton, but he will not be far away with performances like that.
Jack Grealish’s feelings clear on Aston Villa
Jack Grealish described himself as a “Villa fan” when leaving the club for Manchester City in 2021, and the winger will now be up against his old team for the fifth time on Saturday.
The previous four occasions have not seen the England international score or assist against the Villans, but Moyes will be hoping an end is put to that at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Grealish has returned four assists in just three Premier League appearances since his arrival, and will be keen to add to his tally.
David Moyes to be raging at referee appointment
Simon Hooper will take charge of Everton against Aston Villa, a decision that will not go down well in the home side’s eyes.
The referee has made several errors in the past while refereeing the Toffees, and has overseen just four Everton wins in 14 matches.
Alex Chilowicz will be the Video Assistant Referee for the fixture, whilst Adrian Holmes and Simon Long will run the lines.
