Tim Iroegbunam proves David Moyes experiment right, 4/10 disappoints – Everton player ratings vs Fulham
Tim Iroegbunam was the pick of the bunch as Everton beat Fulham 2-0 on Saturday.
David Moyes made one change to his Everton side, to try and arrest a run of just one win in their last eight matches in all competitions, using James Garner at right-back.
Everton had three goals ruled out for offside, but Idrissa Gueye’s strike after a scramble in the penalty area and a Michael Keane header were the difference between the sides.
Moyes became just the third Premier League manager to record 20 wins over a particular opponent with the victory.

Tim Iroegbunam was spectacular in Everton victory
Iroegbunam has not featured much for Everton lately, with just 52 minutes in the last six matches.
However, he proved Moyes was right to experiment with his side as he put in a superb display in his 66 minutes on the pitch.
He recorded an 88 per cent pass completion, created one chance and assisted Gueye’s goal in a standout showing for the Toffees, per Sofascore.
Defensively, Iroegbunam made two tackles, a clearance and a recovery, as well as winning 50 per cent of his four aerial duels.
The former Aston Villa gem has shown that he is a genuine option for the Scotsman in the engine room, and he may have earned a starting berth in the future.

Thierno Barry’s struggles continue vs Fulham
Thierno Barry’s antics on social media have caused controversy at Everton and he is still waiting for his first goal, after his summer move to Merseyside.
Barry thought that he had opened his account in the first half, but his effort was one of the offside goals that were chalked off.
The Frenchman missed several chances and had just 34 touches in the contest after he was selected to lead the line.
His display sums up the Blues’ main issue at the moment, they are toothless in front of goal, and neither striker can make the required impact.
His work rate is not in question; his finishing ability, on the other hand, is not good enough at the moment.
It is looking increasingly likely that Moyes will have to enter the transfer market when it reopens to solve the problem.
