The news outlet reports on 3 December that the Toffees are among the Premier League sides that have made moves to secure the midfielder's signature.

It's been claimed that the Hill Dickinson Stadium is emerging as a viable option for the former Chelsea star, with a return to the English top flight appealing to him.

As things stand, Tottenham are in a strong position to sign the England international, with sources indicating they're ready to pay the required amount.

The Friedking Group would certainly have to break the back for Gallagher, and they may be capable of doing so.

The midfielder's situation will obviously be one to keep an eye on in L4.
