Everton duo Dwight McNeil and Armando Broja have been spotted on the Finch Farm pitches as they continue their comebacks from injury.

The Liverpool Echo shared on 14 November that McNeil and Broja took part in a training game at the training ground, alongside players who haven't departed on international duty.

McNeil missed the Toffees' 0-0 draw with West Ham last time out due to a knee issue sustained against Fulham, while Broja is yet to feature the Blues side since arriving on loan from Chelsea.

Everton need Dwight McNeil and Armando Broja fit and firing

McNeil has been one of Dyche's go-to men, both during their time together at Burnley and particularly since the latter arrived at Goodison Park, starting 12 games and scoring four goals so far this season.

He'll undoubtedly be straight back into the side when fit – which could be soon given his involvement in opposed training matches – but the date of Broja's eventual debut remains up in the air.

The Albania striker has yet to kick a ball in Everton colours since his Deadline Day switch in August, having signed while injured and seeing his wages still being paid by Chelsea due to this issue [Liverpool Echo, 31 August].

However, featuring alongside McNeil in a practice match suggests that the 23-year-old's recovery has improved since the club last provided an update, and that elusive debut may not be far away.

A November return being forecast looks increasingly like coming to pass at Goodison, and with Beto seemingly on the way out, Dyche will be delighted to have brand-new attacking options at his disposal.
