Efan Ekoku was not happy with what Bournemouth keeper Neto did as Everton striker Beto found the back of the net.

The Cherries stopper failed to collect the ball properly from what seemed to be a straightforward delivery as his side won 2-1 on March 30.

Beto capitalised on the error and equalised for the Toffees, giving them hope to get something from the game.

Ekoku, a BBC pundit, said on the world feed (30 March, 16:46): "Cannot do that. It's terrible goalkeeping. Credit to Beto there."

Beto shines but Sean Dyche needs to do better at Everton

The Portuguese striker deserves commendation for capitalising on the Bournemouth goalkeeper's mistake and scoring for the Toffees.

Scoring goals is pivotal in football, regardless of how they are obtained, and the 26-year-old's ability to seize the opportunity demonstrates his awareness and predatory instincts in the box.

His goal not only levelled the score for the visitors but also injected hope into their performance, potentially salvaging something from the game.

Given the result, Sean Dyche may indeed be feeling the pressure as his team continues to struggle.

It's imperative for Dyche to address Everton's shortcomings and implement necessary changes to turn their fortunes around.

With each match crucial in their battle to avoid relegation, Dyche must instil confidence and tactical clarity within the squad to navigate through challenging periods and secure positive results.
