Rafa Benitez has named his Everton playing XI as they take on Hull City in the third round of the FA Cup on Saturday evening.

The Toffees are on the back of a 3-2 defeat against Brighton in the Premier League and will be looking to make things right against their Championship opponents.

Fan favourite and talisman Dominic Calvert-Lewin does not even make the bench while new signing Vitaliy Mykolenko has been named in the starting eleven.

Must win

Benitez knows that his side have not been performing as per their expectations and the time has come to deliver.

He's made two signings this month already and expects to make a few more before the window shuts.

Even without some of his star names, Hull is not a team that should be troubling the Toffees a great deal.

These kinds of games can be vitally important as they can springboard the club into some kind of form and can help them go on a run.

It also gives some of the fringe players a chance to impress and knock on the manager's door in the coming weeks for regular game time.

Hopefully, the Toffees put in a good performance today and ensure that none of the players suffer any injuries.
