Everton consider Edin Terzic appointment, TFG have spoken to him before

Everton are reportedly considering the appointment of Edin Terzic if they opt to sack Sean Dyche, according to TEAMtalk.

The online report (27 November) states that the ex-Borussia Dortmund coach is "under consideration" at Goodison Park but that he may be outside of the Toffees' budget.

TEAMtalk added that Terzic was also contacted by Everton owners in waiting the Friedkin Group about replacing Ivan Juric at Roma, who the group also own.

Dyche simply isn't a good fit at Everton and it seems only a matter of time until the club make the decision to sack him. However, when they do, they must ensure they avoid any mistakes in hiring his successor.

David Moyes is another name who had been mooted for a return to Goodison Park (Alan Nixon) although an appointment like that simply cannot be one that the club consider.

The Toffees need a younger coach with fresh ideas. Someone capable of lifting the spirits on Merseyside and steering the club back in the right direction. Terzic fits that bill.

Despite their poor season so far, the Toffees have a talented squad that just needs a clear playing identity for players to thrive as they have in the past.

Terzic, in his career to date, has showcased his ability to get players playing at their best and his appointment could turn this Everton side from relegation fodder to top 10 contenders.
