West Brom are in behind-the-scenes talks with Tom Fellows as Everton have shown an interest in signing him, according to Express and Star.

The news outlet reported on 10 January that there are other clubs in England also keeping tabs on the 20-year-old.

Fellows' contract runs out at the end of the season and manager Carlos Corberan wants to keep him at the Hawthorns.

Get it done?

If Everton seeks to secure the services of Fellows, they have the potential to sway negotiations in their favour.

Given the 20-year-old's contract situation at West Brom and the interest from various clubs, including those in the Premier League, the Toffees' allure as a top-flight side could be a significant factor.

The prospect of playing in the country's top league may strongly appeal to Fellows, offering enhanced exposure and development opportunities.

To facilitate a move that benefits all parties, Everton could propose a deal that involves signing the winger and immediately loaning him back to West Brom for the remainder of the season.

This arrangement allows Fellows to continue his impressive form and development in a familiar environment while providing Everton the assurance of securing a promising talent for the future.

The Baggies benefit by retaining their player on loan and potentially securing additional terms in the deal and such an arrangement aligns with Fellows' interests, Toffees' ambitions, and West Brom's immediate and short-term objectives.
