James Garner name-dropped in England selection update versus Czechia
Everton midfielder James Garner will hope to get another opportunity for England against Czechia.
The 25-year-old was not initially selected as part of Thomas Tuchel's squad for the combined September and October international break.
However, Garner was later added to the party after a number of players dropped out of the Three Lions selection for their first four Nations League matches.
Garner consequently got a cameo off the bench as England were beaten 3-2 by world champions Spain in the Nations League on Saturday.
He replaced Arsenal's Myles Lewis-Skelly for the final 20 minutes, in a match where England were leading 2-1.
Sky Sports reporter Rob Dorsett was asked about England's midfield selection for the second Nations League clash against Czechia, and shared what he expects to happen.

Dorsett was taking a series of questions about England ahead of the game in Prague.
One of the questions posed was whether Lewis-Skelly was the right selection from Tuchel, when there are other good options available.
Lewis-Skelly's team-mate Declan Rice is among the absentees for these games, meaning there is a slot available next to Manchester City ace Elliot Anderson.
Dorsett spoke about Tuchel's thinking for the game, and what Garner and his other options could offer.
Ultimately, though, he stated that Tuchel is likely to stick with the same midfield duo to start this game, too.
Speaking live on Sky Sports, Dorsett said: "There's a big debate about England's midfield.
"I think when Elliot Anderson starts and Declan Rice is alongside him, nobody argues, they're England's best two central midfielders, England's best two number eights.
"But when one of those is missing, as is on this occasion, there's a clamour for places. Every single midfield option offers something different.
"Kobbie Mainoo is a brilliant ball player, links up the play very well and plays through the thirds. Lewis-Skelly, brilliant for Arsenal this season and the back end of last season, offers a little more defensively.
"We've got Alex Scott in this squad, who hasn't even started a game, hasn't made his debut for England yet, probably the most silky player out there, the best of the ball, best passer.
"And James Garner, a real powerhouse, pace, power, wins the ball back well, so it's horses for courses I suppose is what I'm trying to get to.
"I think Myles Lewis-Skelly may get the nod to start alongside Elliot Anderson tonight, Thomas Tuchel likes that extra bit of grit in midfield."

There has long-since been a debate about who is best played to play in this England midfield.
Crystal Palace midfielder Adam Wharton isn't even the squad, despite the fact he has plenty of admirers.
But, from an Everton perspective, everyone can see why Garner is included, he was outstanding last term.
That led to him getting an England shot shortly before the World Cup, and he was desperately unluck to miss out on World Cup selection.
Garner is Mr. Reliable, and someone who will always give his all to the cause. He is well worth his England place, and there is no reason why he shouldn't get the nod to start against Czechia.
