Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall accusation made after controversial Everton incident vs Liverpool
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall was accused of diving in Everton's 2-1 loss to Liverpool on Sunday.
The former Chelsea star went down in the penalty area under Curtis Jones' challenge in the early stages of the Merseyside Derby on 19 April.
However, Chris Kavanagh did not point to the spot, and the VAR backed up that decision, leaving David Moyes and his side furious.
Former PGMOL chief Keith Hackett agrees with the decision and thinks that the Toffees star went down far too easily.

Kavanagh has been involved in controversy against Everton before, and this time was no different, but Hackett believes it was the right call.
Speaking exclusively to Goodison News, he said: "Referee Kavanagh was in a great position to correctly turn down appeals for a penalty kick.
"The Everton player and his opponent made contact shoulder to shoulder.
"The Everton player is going to ground too easily, looking to win a penalty kick, correct decision."
Why Moyes will be frustrated with derby decisions
Everton will feel like they were on the receiving end of some harsh decisions in the contest.
Moyes made his feelings clear before the game, claiming that the Reds get a lot of decisions, and he will feel vindicated.
Ndiaye's disallowed strike, Pickford being booked for dissent when several visiting players were not cautioned for bad tackles, and the penalty decision will all be brought up by the Blues boss.

Hackett feels that the Blues man went down without much contact, but the Scotsman will likely be annoyed that his side did not get the spot kick.
If a few decisions went their way, they may well have walked away with all three points, which could prove crucial in their battle for European qualification at the end of the season.
One thing is for sure, the Blues could have beat their rivals, they were unlucky not to walk away with anything.
