Tim Sherwood tears 'terrible' Thierno Barry to shreds in Everton clash vs Bournemouth
Everton's Thierno Barry produced a moment against Bournemouth that left Tim Sherwood in disbelief.
The French striker has been in fine form for David Moyes' side, following up a goal on the opening weekend of the Premier League with a hattrick against Preston.
In truth, with that level of form, you would expect him to put away the easiest of chances for the Toffees.
But, in the first-half against the Cherries, Barry's form looked to have had no effect.
The Everton forward managed to fluff his lines in a key moment that could have put the Blues head.
And Sherwood, speaking on Sky Sports, was relentless with his criticism of the 23-year-old.

Tyrique George started lively against Bournemouth and he looked to open the scoring for Everton.
The winger hit a shot at goal with Bournemouth's Djordje Petrovic spilling it right in front of the net.
Barry was lurking in the box, ready to pounce on the goalkeeper's mistake but was unable to capitalise.
As stated, Sherwood had quite the reaction to the moment while speaking on Sky Sports' Soccer Saturday.
He said: "I know he's on good form because he scored a couple in the week and last week as well. Tyrique George is twisting and turning and hits it. I mean, Petrovic has to do better, but he rolls it back to him.
It's a terrible finish.
"He's middle of the goal, he's 5 yards out. All you've got to do is roll it to the side of Petrovic, but Barry hits it straight at him again. It's a terrible finish.
To be fair to Barry, the moment did happen quite quickly, and the forward was likely thinking he should just look to get the shot on target.
However, it would have been a goal had he hit it anywhere other than straight at the Bournemouth goalkeeper.
How bad was Barry's miss for Everton?
It was not Barry's brightest moment for Everton and the striker will know that.
However, he will get plenty more chances to score goals across the season, and one missed chance should not dwarf the confidence he will surely still have with his four goals in all competitions this season

For context, that xG total is higher than what is typically awarded to a penalty at 0.79 xG.
And through the striker's own poor finishing, it dropped down to 0.67 expected goals on target.
Petrovic, however, will be delighted with his stop that kept his side from going behind, with Alex Scott then later opening the scoring for the home team.
