What is Christian Norgaard's contract situation with Everton?
Norgaard signed a two-year deal when he joined Moyes' side after just one season with the Gunners.
That will keep him at the Hill Dickinson Stadium until the summer of 2028, unless he signs an extension.
According to estimations from Valuball, he is on £100,000-per-week, which would give him a yearly salary of £5.2m.
The Blues will have to decide whether he is worth that when he is on the pitch before making their call when his deal is set to expire.
What's the latest on Norgaard's debut?
Norgaard looks set to be back in the fold after the international break, but not in time for the clash with Tottenham.
Moyes confirmed in his pre-match press conference that the issue has taken longer than initially expected to heal.
Speaking to the media, he said: “He’s still unavailable. We’re hoping we get him back maybe somewhere after the international break; that’s what we would hope.
“I don’t think we expected it to be as long as this. Look, he’s hugely important for us.
“He’s someone who we were looking forward to gaining his experience, his nous and getting to know him. At the moment, we’ve not had him on the grass yet, so that’s been the disappointing thing but hopefully it won’t be too long.”
However, when he does come back, he should be able to step right into the team and make the required impact.
What can Everton supporters expect from Norgaard?
Toffees supporters can expect Norgaard to hit the ground running when he does come into the side.
He has plenty of top-flight experience, with 129 games under his belt in the Premier League.
Norgaard is capable of contributing in attack, with 11 goals and 13 assists in England's top division.
However, his defensive ability is what should get supporters excited about his debut.
In his seven appearances for Mikel Arteta's side in the league last season, he averaged 14.26 defensive contributions, per FotMob data.
That included 2.67 tackles, 3.56 recoveries and 7.13 clearances, and if he can repeat those figures with the Merseysiders, it will help tremendously in their attempts to crack European qualification.
