Everton 'likely' to agree £80million deal for Tottenham and Arsenal target Amadou Onana
Everton are looking for as much as £80million to sell Amadou Onana amid widespread interest this summer, according to TEAMtalk.
The outlet reported on their website on 27 February that the Toffees want an even higher windfall than the €60m [£51.3m] that has been reported in Europe as Barcelona chase the Belgian midfielder.
According to TEAMtalk every member of the Premier League's so-called Big Six have registered an interest in the 22-year-old, reportedly rendering it "likely" that an agreement will be reached with one suitor at the end of the season, with Chelsea's interest "concrete".
A sale for £80m would give Everton a "decent" profit on Onana after his £33.5m fee from Lille in 2022 [Sky Sports], even allowing for a 20% sell-on clause agreed with the French side at the time.

It certainly seems likely that the Toffees could get the offer they require with so many big-spenders sniffing around, but whether they will is another matter.
Barcelona look like they are going to be struggling to win the race either way given they are only willing to offer such a small fee, unless they come up with a very strong cash-plus-players offer.
Sean Dyche is unlikely to want to see Onana go and there is no guarantee that an agreement is reached as there have already been multiple transfer windows where it was assumed an exit was likely and he still remains at Goodison Park now.
However, although the situation still relies on so many moving parts in terms of the ongoing 777 Partners takeover wait and the threat of compensation claims from rivals, Everton may need to sell in order to buy.
So if the lion's share of £100m is put on the table for the midfielder he might be considered a reasonable sacrifice, although the future of 34-year-old Idrissa Gana Gueye, whose contract is expiring, and 22-year-old James Garner, who is also thought to be a Spurs target [TEAMtalk, 18 February], will have to be assessed before any decision is made.
