Everton are already making plans for the upcoming transfer window at Bramley-Moore Dock, with Udinese striker Lorenzo Lucca on their radar.

David Moyes has all but confirmed Premier League survival at the Toffees after what has been a topsy-turvy season for them.

The Friedkin Group (TFG) are overseeing Goodison Park's final season and will be expected to invest heavily once the Blues move to Bramley-Moore Dock.

With high expectations from the Roma owners next summer, Lucca could potentially move from Udinese to Merseyside soon after the latest development.

Lucca to be first Everton transfer at Bramley-Moore Dock

Lucca may be the first transfer the Toffees complete once they move to Bramley-Moore Dock, according to GiveMeSport.

The news outlet reports (4 April) that the Blues could be a viable destination for the Italy international next summer.

It's been claimed that Manchester United are also in the race for the 24-year-old striker, but the Merseyside outfit are threatening the Red Devils.

The Serie A outfit want around £28million for the centre-forward and it remains to be seen whether Moyes's team will spend that kind of money.

Moyes needs Lucca transfer at Bramley-Moore Dock

Beto has been Moyes' got to number nine in recent matches due to the several fitness issues up front at the Toffees.

The Guinea-Bissau striker initially made significant goal contributions for the Scottish manager after his return but has struggled to find the back of the net in recent matches.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin could leave Goodison Park next summer with his contract expiring at the end of the season.

Armando Broja will also leave Everton in the coming months once his loan deal from Chelsea expires.

Youssef Chermiti has been an absent figure at the Blues for most of the campaign, making attacking reinforcements an apparent priority for TFG.

Lucca has impressed in Serie A this season, and the American ownership could potentially use their contacts in Italy to make a deal happen.

While there are other positions that need bolstering at the Merseyside outfit, a reliable goalscorer will go a long way in changing their prospects.
