Everton are expected to be active in the final days of the transfer window with no new signings made yet.

David Moyes took over the reins and replaced Sean Dyche and will be keen on strengthening his side.

Everton to hand £33.5million kitty to David Moyes

Taiwo Awoniyi is understood to be the latest name on the shortlist with the manager eyeing an attacker in the coming days.

Despite being linked with exits, both Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Beto remain at Goodison Park.

Everton on verge of Hamza Igamane transfer

Of the two aforementioned signings, one of them is expected to be Rangers striker Hamza Igamane.

Tuttosport reported on 29 January that the Toffees are on the verge of signing the 22-year-old Moroccan who has done well this season for the Scottish giants.

He has been viewed as the ideal replacement for Calvert-Lewin whose deal runs out at the end of the season.

Torino confident of signing Beto before the transfer deadline

Tuttosport reported on 29 January that Torino are confident of signing Beto before the transfer window closes on 3 February.

The Serie A side have raised their offer of an initial loan with an obligation to buy by paying £5million up front and the remaining £10million over two years.

Beto wants out of Goodison Park due to his lack of game time since his move last season.

Carney Chukwuemeka will not be moving to Everton

TBR Football claimed on 29 January that the Toffees no longer have a chance to sign Chelsea attacking midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka.

It's understood that he has decided to move to Juventus and they're expected to proceed with the deal soon.

Moyes was keen on signing the 21-year-old but will now have to consider other options.
