Everton are once again keen on signing Atalanta's El Bilal Toure.

The Toffees have moved quickly to ensure their first signing of the summer, adding to their midfield with Hayden Hackney, but more attacking targets are wanted.

David Moyes is keen to add more wingers, with Jack Grealish and Tyrique George both being eyed for a Hill Dickinson return after their respective loan moves.

Toure is a dynamic forward who offers his qualities from out wide or in a number nine position and is admired by the Blues ahead of an expected summer exit from Atalanta.

While Grealish and George are both wanted back by the Blues, nothing is guaranteed, with other transfer ideas also in place.

Toure is back on Everton's radar, and it's not the first time the Toffees have tried to sign the Mali international.

Everton learn El Bilal Toure exit conditions

According to Africa Foot, Everton are one of four Premier League teams monitoring Toure's future with Atalanta.

Fulham, Newcastle and Aston Villa are all interested in the 24-year-old, as his parent club is looking to sell him before the end of the summer window.

The Serie A side will demand around £15.4million for Toure, with Fulham now said to have taken the first step towards signing the forward.

Everton will have to decide whether the fee is right for them or not, as it looks unlikely to be lowered.

Toure spent last season on loan with Besiktas, scoring seven goals and racking up four assists in 26 appearances for the Turkish giants, and has returned to his parent club.

The left-winger was unearthed in Turkey last season, discovering his best career form to date after clear struggles with Atalanta.

But he's someone that Everton may know all too well.

Everton have long admired Toure; here's the timeline

The Toffees have kept tabs on Toure for multiple years, and first missed out on his signature back in 2023.

Everton were beaten by Atalanta to Toure's signature in the summer of 2023, and now want to sign him from the Italian outfit three years on.

Not only that, but the Blues were interested in the forward again in 2024 and were prepared to go head-to-head with Leicester City for the versatile attacker.

While Toure has had his struggles, Everton may get the chance to steal him from Atalanta just as he's discovered some of his true potential.

However, the Blues will need to move quickly, with him wanted by multiple top European sides.
