What compensation agreement now means for Everton

But instead, he has chosen to move south to Everton's youth set-up.
While Everton confirmed Hutchison would link up with the under-18s when he was announced as one of 11 new scholars on 15 July, it has now been shared that another agreement has been reached with Dundee United.
The Scottish side confirmed on X that a "compensation package" has been agreed for the young forward.
For Everton, it means that there will be no third-party interference in terms of a tribunal for the 16-year-old.
Under FIFA regulations, Dundee United are entitled to a fee based on the cost of training the player.
And if an agreement was not met, the transfer would have went to the FIFA Players’ Status Chamber (PSC).
As it stands, there are no details on how much Everton have paid Dundee United for Hutchison.
What happens next for Kai Hutchison after Everton agreement is reached
Hutchison can now get to work for Everton without any potential distractions of a future tribunal.
He will now be looking to put his head down, and showcase why the Toffees have brought him to Merseyside.
After already gaining first-team experience in Scotland, he will certainly have fire in his belly to go one step further and make his senior debut in blue.
Everton have plenty of promising young talents already in the system, with under-21s player of the season Braiden Graham among them.
The Blues fanbase will be hoping to see plenty of fresh faces line up for the Toffees this season, and Graham has certainly earned a chance to do so.
Hutchison will look to follow that example immediately and catch the eye of David Moyes if he can.
