According to an update from Alan Myers, who has been at Finch Farm all day, Balogun's move to Everton is looking more "positive"
This comes after reports from Sky Sports suggesting the Toffees are confident of securing a deal in time before the 11pm deadline.
It appears the Blues have been trying to renegotiate the deal after the medical issue which cropped up in examinations.
Whether the Toffees will get the deal over the line or not may just rely on time at this stage, rather than a financial stumbling block.

How Everton can get Balogun after deadline
Balogun has been in Liverpool since 1.30pm and is most likely feeling the emotions too.

Myers has also reported live on Sky Sports that he expects the deal to be confirmed within one hour of time that has past the 11pm deadline.
