How much Everton are asking for Iliman Ndiaye as club-to-club talks start with Al-Hilal

Everton have started club-to-club talks with Al-Hilal over the sale of Iliman Ndiaye.

The Senegal forward has been extensively linked with a move to the Saudi Pro League club over the past week.

Everton's stance has been that they are reluctant to sell Ndiaye, who has previously been linked to Manchester United and Arsenal.

But rumours are still abound that the mega-rich club are intent of sealing the signing of the 26-year-old during the transfer window.

The Toffees bought Ndiaye from Marseille for a reported fee of £15million back in July 2024.

According to the latest update, the Blues will make a significant profit on that sum if a sale goes through.

How much are Everton asking to sell Iliman Ndiaye to Al-Hilal?

Goodison News has previously covered reports of Ndiaye's stance of leaving Everton for Al-Hilal.

The 26-year-old had previously spoken of his desire to play in the Champions League, but bids from teams in Europe's premier competition have not been forthcoming.

As such, Ndiaye is seemingly open to the idea of moving to Saudi Arabia, and the numbers are pretty eye-watering.

Sacha Tavolieri, writing for Sky Sport, reports via X that Everton are looking for an upfront fee in the region of £68.6m with additional bonuses of £12.8m, for a total package of £81.5m.

He added that Al-Hilal are currently refusing to go beyond £55.7m to £64.3m as a fixed offer, but Everton responded to say they expect the latter as a minimum plus bonuses.

Tavolieri, though, says that despite the disparity in sums there is growing confidence that a compromise will be reached between the two parties.

Will Iliman Ndiaye's contract demands be a hindrance?

Ndiaye still has three years remaining on his Everton contract, so the Toffees are in a strong negotiating position.

Indeed, Everton have reportedly made several offers to Ndiaye over a new deal, but each has been turned down by the former Sheffield United man.

According to Tavolieri, Ndiaye's representatives have made several demands to Al-Hilal over his contract with the Saudi club.

However, they are happy with the requests that have been made and they are not expected to be prohibitive to a deal.

He finished by saying that Al-Hilal have not yet made an official bid, but are expected to do so once the clubs reach an agreement in principle over the transfer.
