How much Everton are ready to pay as Folarin Balogun agreement reached
Everton have taken a massive step closer towards signing Folarin Balogun from Monaco.
The United States international has emerged as a late-window target for the Toffees.
That comes on the back of Sunday's bombshell news that Iliman Ndiaye is heading to Tottenham and Richarlison is returning to Everton.
It had been reported that Everton's move for Balogun was dependent on Beto's sale, or potentially another player exiting.
But it looks as though the Toffees are ready to push on for their next signing regardless amid a new update that has been shared.

What is Folarin Balogun's stance on Everton move?
Balogun's career stagnated somewhat in his first two campaigns with Monaco when scoring 11 goals in 42 Ligue 1 outings.
However, he netted a respectable 13 in 30 last season and also chipped in with four assists.
Everton have now stepped up their interest by tabling a bid for the 25-year-old.
That is according to transfer specialist Sacha Tavolieri, who reported via X on Sunday evening that the Toffees have bid £15.4million for Balogun.
Balogun is not only said to want the move to Everton, but he has already reached an agreement with the Toffees.
However, it remains to be seen whether Monaco accept the offer that is on the table prior to the 11pm deadline on Tuesday.
Is Balogun an upgrade on Beto?
If Beto is indeed on his way to Fiorentina, with Balogun coming in, it is fair to directly compare to the two players.
Based on last season, given Balogun has not yet played this term, the USA striker bagged 0.52 goals every 90 minutes.
Remarkably, that is the exact same figure as Beto in the Premier League as he scored nine times in 37 outings.
However, Balogun assisted more goals (0.16 per 90 vs 0.06) and hit the target with 41.6 per cent of his shots compared to 39.5 per cent for Beto.
There is not a massive amount between them, but given Everton think they can get Balogun for cheaper than Beto's sale could bring in, it seems smart business.
