Blackpool are keen on re-signing an Everton player ahead of the summer transfer window.

With nothing left to play for ahead of the final few Premier League games of the season, Everton will have already turned plenty of their focus to the upcoming transfer window, with a lot of work needed.

Several players have already been linked with a move to Bramley-Moore, and depending on which deals get finalised, the expectation will be that some players will depart.

With that in mind, Blackpool boss Steve Bruce has already identified one Everton star that he would like to bring to the club on loan.

Everton youngster could depart on loan again this summer

While most of the focus will be on incomings at Everton, the Toffees will also be keen on sending some of their younger players out on loan to gain some valuable senior experience.

One of those who have been away from Merseyside this season has been Harry Tyrer at Blackpool, and according to a report from the Blackpool Gazette (5 May), Bruce is keen on bringing him back to the club in the summer.

Despite a rough start to life for the Seasiders, Tyrer has grown into his role at the club and impressed enough to earn the interest yet again.

Bruce described the 23-year-old as "very assured", and if a deal can be done, it would make sense for all parties.

He said: "We have to be respectful to Everton. If they’ll give him back, then we’ll take it. That goes for Elkan (Baggott), Odel (Offiah) and Niall (Ennis). We’ll have to have conversations to see what the situation is.”

Everton need to recruit well this summer

Moyes has done a magnificent job since returning to Goodison Park, and that progression can continue if they recruit well in the coming months.

As a whole, the Scotsman has the makings of a solid squad, but a few final pieces of quality are certainly missing, and that needs to be addressed in the summer.

The likelihood is that several young players will spend pre-season with the first team, before Moyes decides on where their future lies ahead of the upcoming season.
