Everton, Crystal Palace and Fulham could be tempted to test the waters and make an offer to sign Botafogo winger Luiz Henrique, according to Caught Offside.

The news outlet reported that the 23-year-old is valued at £25million by the Brazilian club and he could be moving to England.

The Toffees have scouted the Brazilian right winger and have been impressed by what they've seen so a bid could be on the cards.

Everton must be cautious in their approach to sign Luiz Henrique

Everton must approach this with caution as Henrique has not yet proven himself in one of Europe's top five leagues where the competition is notably tougher than in Brazil's Serie A.

His experience in La Liga with Real Betis was underwhelming, with limited goal contributions, casting doubt on his immediate impact in the Premier League's high-pressure environment.

Additionally, the £25million valuation places a significant financial burden on the Toffees, given their history of financial constraints.

This investment would need to be justified by immediate on-pitch contributions, which the Brazilian has not consistently shown in Europe.

Moreover, their current squad dynamics and financial strategy might not accommodate such a speculative expenditure on a player whose adaptation to the Premier League remains uncertain.

It remains to be seen whether or not Sean Dyche is pushing for this one or it's coming from the scouting team.
