Why David Moyes has been named as ideal next Scotland boss amid 'drastic' concerns
Everton boss David Moyes continues to be linked with the vacant Scotland job.
The Tartan Army are in need of a new head coach after the departure of Steve Clarke this summer.
He seemingly jumped before he was pushed after a frustrating World Cup campaign.
Outside of a narrow 1-0 win over Haiti, the Scots were lacklustre against both Morocco and Brazil.
They were dumped out of the group stage and Clarke moved on despite signing a new deal ahead of the tournament.
That has prompted links for Moyes and he could prove to be the man who solves one massive problem for Scotland.

There is a lot of frustration surrounding the national team north of the border, especially after the World Cup.
The tournament was supposed to represent fresh hope for the Tartan Army after so long away.
It didn't happen and it has only raised further questions about the future.
Fans are concerned about the true lack of young talent emerging to replace the current standing old guard.
That has been echoed by Alan Brazil via talkSPORT on Thursday as he backed Moyes to come in as this issue looms.
The ex-Scotland international said: "David Moyes would do a quality job, make no mistake. When you think about Scotland and the way we play, it's not the players' fault.
"If you look at Switzerland, Norway, the youngsters they bring through and then look at Scotland what we do. Sorry, there's something drastically wrong."
The biggest question is would that be something the Everton boss could change?

The Toffees head coach has done a great job since being back on Merseyside.
Although the campaign didn't end how anyone wanted, his work can't be undervalued.
That could see a nightmare unfold if he were to jump ship for the Scotland job in the near future.
They could look at the 63-year-old and seriously appreciate his work to get the best out of a team while also allowing young talent to shine.
Wayne Rooney is the most obvious example as he was brought through into the Everton first team back in 2002.
A more recent example is Harrison Armstrong, although he is only at the start of his career.
That will catch the eye of Scotland and could prove to be the exact quality that former striker Brazil is desperate for.
