Braiden Graham benefits as Everton's winners and losers from transfer window assessed

Braiden Graham can be a rare figure at Everton happy with how the transfer window concluded.

The Toffees have been left with a thin squad, with David Moyes failing to get a striker over the line on deadline day.

Exits elsewhere also mean that the Blues are light in defence, with just one senior left-back and right-back in the squad.

But, when opportunities fail to come through, it does mean the door can be opened elsewhere.

The young Nothern Irishman has been pinpointed by Moyes as a wide option, but others in the squad could be moved to accomodate him.

Tyrique George is capable of playing behind the striker, and if he is used centrally, the manager will need another wide forward.

That is where Graham could certainly come into the equation, and that would make him one of the winners of Everton's transfer window.

Graham was recently included on Everton's bench against Manchester United, following deadline day.

Showing that the 18-year-old is already in Moyes' thinking for this season. A positive sign for the talented young forward and what may be for this campaign.

Why Mark Travers will be feeling disappointed at Everton

Mark Travers had been touted for a move out Everton this summer as the Irishman wanted more game time.

However, that never came to fruition, with Everton failing to land Sam Johnstone, who was identified as a possible replacement.

Last season, Travers barely featured for Everton, only playing in the Carabao Cup for the Toffees, in which they were knocked out in the third round.

This season, Moyes seems to be putting more emphasis on a cup run, and Jordan Pickford started the last cup tie against Preston.

A fixture you would have expected the Irishman to get minutes in as Everton's number two.

So, after failing to secure a move away, and his game time under more threat than it previously was, Travers can certainly be considered one of the more worst off in Everton's squad now.
