Everton are locked in negotiations to sign Folarin Balogun from Monaco.

How much will Everton have to pay to sign Folarin Balogun?

It was reported earlier on Monday that Everton have now sent an official bid to Monaco to sign Balogun.

The Toffees are enduring a hectic end to the window, that could see several player arrive as well as Ndiaye and Beto depart.

Now transfer journalist expert Sacha Tavolieri has provided fresh details about Everton's bid for Balogun.

He reported on X that Monaco have acknowledged Balogun's desire to join Everton, and are negotiating a fee with the Toffees.

According to the post, the deal could reach a fee exceeding £34.2million plus add-ons.

It is not expected to be the only business that Everton conclude before the deadline, though.

What else do Everton want to do before the transfer deadline?

David Moyes cut a frustrated figure after Everton's 1-1 draw with Bournemout over the weekend.

At that stage, it looked like Everton could love Ndiaye and youngster Harrison Armstrong, while incomings were looking quiet.

Since then, though, the picture has changed drastically.

Armstrong's move to Nottingham Forest is off, and while Ndiaye could depart for Tottenham, business on incomings is picking up.

Returns for Jack Grealish and Richarlison are on the cards, while a new right-back could finally arrive in the form of Kenny Tete.

With a deal for Balogun seemingly on track, too, Moyes will be a significantly happier man if all the business comes off at the last minute.
