Everton now in late hunt for Zian Flemming transfer as financial terms revealed

Zian Flemming is once again on Everton's radar as they quickly approach the transfer deadline.

It's been a rocky 24 hours at Hill Dickinson Stadium, with little encouragement on the transfer front.

To top it off, Nottingham Forest have made a £40million move for Harrison Armstrong, something fans made their voices heard about at Bournemouth.

But, the arrival of Flemming from Burnley could change all of that noise.

How much could Zian Flemming cost?

Everton have been linked with Flemming for a couple of weeks now.

What helps them is Burnley's slow start to the Championship season, picking up only one point from a possible nine.

Flemming likely won't stand for that as he looks for consistent Premier League football after shining there last season.

Alan Nixon has now reported via Patreon that Brentford are sniffing around the striker, with Everton in the race too.

The journalist states that Burnley may let Flemming go for up to £20million, which could be a late steal.

Brentford want to pay even less than that, though, so it could open the door to Moyes and the Toffees.

Who else could Everton sign?

At this stage, it's not going to be a very exciting end to the window.

Everton have agreed personal terms with Fulham's Kenny Tete, but that's as advanced as the links go, so far.

Having needed a right-back for years, signing one who doesn't start for your Premier League rivals is an uninspiring at it comes.

If Flemming is added as well in the next 72 hours, it would be more acceptable.

But, right now, it's not looking great in terms of transfers.
