Folarin Balogun given green light to travel for Everton medical as contract terms emerge
Everton are closing in on the deadline days signing of Monaco striker Folarin Balogun.
The Toffees are set for an extremely busy end to the transfer window, with several incomings and outgoings.
Balogun, a United States international with 31 caps, emerged as a target on Monday as Everton seek last-gasp attacking reinforcement.

How long is Folarin Balogun's Everton contract going to be?
Balogun scored 13 goals in 30 Ligue 1 appearances for Monaco last season, then impressed at the World Cup for United States.
He was previously on the books at Arsenal and made two Premier League appearances for the Gunners.
The 25-year-old is now returning to English football, with Romano providing details via his X account.
The prominent Italian journalist reports that Monaco have given the green light for Balogun to travel for a medical on deadline day.
Everton have reportedly agreed to pay Monaco £38.5million with a further £4.2m in add-ons to sign Balogun, with a sell-on clause also inserted.
Romano also stated that Balogun will sign a four-year contract at Everton, with the option for an extra year on top of that.

The Toffees are also reportedly working on a deal to bring Kenny Tete in from Fulham, to finally find a solution at right-back.
A return for Richarlison had also been mooted, but with the signings of Balogun and Grealish that deal is now looking increasingly unlikely to happen.
