How Everton have responded as Trabzonspor table offer for Tim Iroegbunam

Tim Iroegbunam can still find his way out of Everton amid interest from Turkish side Trabzonspor.

The Englishman was subject to concrete interest from newly promoted Hull City with a deal reportedly agreed, but that move is no longer on the cards.

The Tigers have removed themselves from the table amid concerns over the midfielders fitness.

However, suggestions Iroegbunam could be out for the long-term have been dismissed by those close to the 23-year-old.

But, hope for a move elsewhere could still be on the cards for the Everton man.

With Trabzonspor reportedly putting an offer forward for the Englishman this summer window.

What type of deals are Everton willing to do for Tim Iroegbunam?

Everton are open to allowing Iroegbunam to leave, and that was evident with his move to Hull going close to completion.

However, while that prospective move was on a permanent, they are also willing to sanction a loan exit.

That is according to reports emerging out of Turkey.

Turkish journalist, Hasan Tuncel, who boasts 133,800 followers on X and reports for Trabzon media company 61saat has shared that Trabzonspor now want Iroegbunam.

The information shared states that an agent working on behalf of Trabzonspor, and one that helped finalise a move for Mohamed Salah, has sent an offer to Everton.

The proposal is said to be a straight loan deal in which Everton have rejected.

Tuncel says that while that offer was not accepted, Everton is "very keen" to allow a loan as long as there is an option-to-buy.

This was the first approach made for the Toffees midfielder with it said that if exits at the Turkish club are made, they could return.

Iroegbunam is rated highly with his defensive side viewed as being "particularly strong."

Why Everton cannot compromise on Iroegbunam exit

Everton already know what the market are willing to pay for Iroegbunam and that makes life easier in negotiations.

Hull City were willing to fork out between £15million and £20m to get a deal over the line before it collapsed.

If Trabzonspor do return with a second offer, the Blues can point towards that offer for where to start talks at, allowing them to keep that stance.

And even if they are unwilling to reach that value, keeping Iroegbunam around as an option certainly would not be the end of the world either for Everton.
