The 30-year-old made a huge impression on everyone at Hill Dickinson Stadium during his loan spell last season.

Tuesday evening saw a number of important players leaving David Moyes' squad, whilst a deal for Folarin Balogun fell through.

One player that did sign was Grealish, who returns to Hill Dickinson Stadium on a season-long loan deal from Manchester City.

It was a move that dragged on long into the night, but as a mark of the character they've signed, that didn't bother Grealish.

At 22:50pm on Tuesday night, Telegraph reporter Dominic King shared an image of Grealish in his car speaking to Everton fans waiting outside Finch Farm.

King notes that Grealish stopped to take photos and sign autographs with every single fan who wanted one.

Everton is a real family and community club, and Grealish is once again proving that this is something he truly understands.
