Refined price guidelines emerge for Jonathan Rowe
Everton have had a reported £30million offer rejected for Rowe, with Bologna telling the Toffees that he isn't for sale.
However, it has been suggested that the Serie A side could change their tune if an offer of £47.1m to £51.4m comes their way.
In a new update from Tuttobolognaweb, several Premier League clubs are interested in Rowe, but he is not moving unless there is a "monstrous proposal".
The latest transfer guidelines see his price tag range from £42.8m to £51.4m, which could give the Toffees some hope financially.
They will not want to blow their whole budget on one player, so the cheaper a deal can be done, the better.
Bologna are said to have been "clear" on their view, but Everton can still do something to change the picture.
New meeting held with Rowe's agents
There have been some suggestions that Rowe's character could upset Everton's dressing room, but that's unfair to say until he's been tested at Hill Dickinson.
The winger has clear qualities that would be needed in Merseyside, especially if the Blues can't bring Grealish back to the club.
According to Roma Press, Roma has held a direct meeting with Rowe's agents, but the same goes for the Italian giants; Bologna do not want to sell.
Rowe is clearly contactable, given his agents have explored a move away from the club, though Everton have yet to be able to make a breakthrough on personal terms.
