Luis Binks could seal Everton transfer within hours as David Moyes on red alert

Luis Binks has become an early transfer target for Everton.

Currently at Brondby in Denmark, the young defender came through the youth ranks with Tottenham.

Born in England, he also qualifies for Scotland and is with the Tartan Army after a call from new manager, Sebastien Pocognoli.

David Moyes has been consistently linked with Scotland in recent years, and will no doubt be watching on at Hampden Park.

After the dreadful end to the summer transfer window, the Friedkins and Angus Kinnear will surely be looking to put that right as soon as possible.

And Binks could get a chance to earn his move very early on.

It's been reported early by the Daily Record that Binks will get his first cap in Pocognoli's first home game.

Having been in the squad for the 0-0 draw with Slovenia on Saturday, he will now get his chance to prove his worth.

Not only for his country, but Everton too, with Moyes' spies on red alert over the possibility to sign Binks.

Seen as possible future replacements for Jake O'Brien and James Tarkowski, this could be a real audition for the Toffees.
