What do the numbers say about Everton-linked Kenny Tete
Tete has not featured yet in the Premier League this season, so we have to base judgement off his 2025-26 season.
That campaign suggests that it would be brilliant if Tete does put pen to paper with Everton.
He played 22 times in the division, averaging 0.80 shots and creating 0.55 chances, per FotMob data.
The Frenchman completed 7.42 line-breaking passes and 38.2 per cent of his crossing attempts.
That suggests that he will help the Blues to progress the ball and his deliveries are solid when he gets into attacking positions.
Defensively, he averaged 8.33 contributions per game, with 3.26 tackles, 4.11 recoveries and 3.41 clearances.
In terms of duels, he won 60.1 per cent on the ground and exactly 60 per cent in the air.
Those numbers will excite Moyes, as he can clearly have the required impact when the Merseysiders do not have the ball.

Marco Silva managed the Blues between 2018 and 2019, before he was sacked in December 2019.
He has managed Tete for a total of 120 matches in him time at Craven Cottage, before leaving for Benfica at the end of last season.
