Ndiaye may end up at Man City, despite the agreement and potential medical with Spurs.

It states that they want to "move quickly" after Liverpool's stance on Cody Gakpo changed.
The Reds have decided to keep the Dutchman, and his exit seems to be off the cards.
It is understood that Enzo Maresca's side are progressing fast over a potential swoop for the Senegal ace.
Which move would be better for Everton star?
While Spurs have spent vast fortunes to try and overhaul their side that finished 17th twice, it has not worked so far.
They were defeated by Brentford on the opening day of the Premier League, and followed that up with a loss to Newcastle.
City, meanwhile, have won their opening two league matches and are in the Champions League, with European football not being something that the Lilywhites could offer.
