Everton remain in the hunt to sign Mohamed Amoura following Wolfsburg's relegation last season.
Amoura scored a respectable eight goals in 30 Bundesliga appearances last time out, but it was not enough to stave off relegation.
The 26-year-old also chipped in with a few assists, before heading off to the World Cup with Algeria.
Amoura played just 26 minutes in the competition, but his stock remains pretty high.
Everton are one of three teams said to be showing a serious interest in the striker.
And the Toffees have one advantage over the others when it comes to landing his signature.

Amoura sustained an injury in Algeria's opening World Cup match, explaining his lack of minutes.
Goodison News reported earlier this month how Everton would get a closer look at Amoura now that he is back fit.
That is due to Amoura having a "long-held dream" of playing in the Premier League.
However, it is also pointed out that the Algerian would consider that just a medium-term move, before joining a so-called bigger club down the line.
Wolfsburg accept Amoura is likely going to depart this summer as a result of their surprise relegation.
While Everton fans will not like the fact he potentially sees a move to Merseyside as a stepping stone, his numbers speak for themselves.
How does Amoura compare to Beto and Thierno Barry?
Using just figures from last season, Amoura's stats are almost identical to those of Thierno Barry and Beto.
The one caveat, though, is his eight goals and three assists came in far fewer minutes than Beto.
Amoura scored a goal every 0.38 minutes on average - identical to Barry's return - compared to one every 0.52 minutes for Beto.
In many ways, Everton would be signing a player of similar ilk to the two, whereas supporters would much rather that elusive 15-plus-a-season striker.
If a deal can be struck for a reasonable fee, sure. But otherwise it seems one to steer clear of.
