Jonathan Nsangou played his first minutes in Everton's senior side on Friday.

The 16-year-old midfielder is one of Finch Farm's most highly-rated young talents.

An England youth international, he's already turned out numerous times for the Toffees at Under-21 level.

Prior to Friday, however, the youngster had never played a minute in Everton's first-team squad.

But that is no longer the case, as David Moyes' side took on Blackburn Rovers in a friendly.

For Nsangou, it was a milestone moment to remember, and he marked it in style.

What did Jonathan Nsangou say to Jack Grealish?

Evidently, Nsangou is a player that Everton feel has a very bright future ahead of him at Hill Dickinson Stadium.

To already be playing many age levels up and now mixing it in the Toffees' first-team suggests his name will become very familiar with supporters.

Detailed in an X post from The Talent Hunter, Nsangou played 45 minutes in the friendly against Blackburn on Friday.

Captured within the post is a screenshot from Nsangou's Instagram story, which shows him and Jack Grealish posing together in the dressing room.

"Jack Grealish, my boy for the assist," Nsangou wrote on his story, which he captioned with a number one next to a football emoji and the word "debut".

To have your first Everton first-team goal assisted by Grealish is pretty remarkable for Nsangou.

He'll now be hoping he's earned greater trust from Moyes, and further first-team opportunities in the near future as a result.

So, how did the full-time score end between Everton and Blackburn, and was Nsangou the only Toffees goalscorer?

Who else scored for Everton vs Blackburn?

Friday's friendly between Everton and Blackburn was played behind closed doors at Hill Dickinson Stadium.

No official details on the full-time score from either club has officially been released yet, but we now know how the game went.

Prolific independent Everton news outlet The Toffee Blues (who have over 87,400 X followers) have revealed that the full-time score ended 3-3.

Accompanying their X post with a series of photos from the game, one of those shows Nsangou and Grealish embracing after the former's goal.

Thierno Barry and Charly Alcaraz are also understood to have found the net for the Toffees.

Keeping Barry firing in front of goal is of major importance to Everton, so Moyes will be delighted to see the striker on the scoresheet.

Meanwhile, Alcaraz could be coming into a bit of form too, as he scored in his last outing against Wolves in the Carabao Cup as well.
