Everton have looked at the potential of signing West Ham forward Taty Castellanos, and the price to bring him to Hill Dickinson could be the bargain of the summer.

A new number nine is a top priority for David Moyes, with uncertainty remaining on the futures of Beto and Thierno Barry.

The Toffees have multiple targets on their list of potential signings to come in as the new striker, and links to Castellanos' name are new.

Following West Ham's relegation to the Championship, the Hammers need to raise £150million in player sales, which could benefit the Blues here.

Everton will assess the possibility of signing Castellanos from West Ham now that this transfer window is officially open, and it could be a perfect deal for the Friedkin group.

Friedkin Group will love Taty Castellanos value amid Everton interest

West Ham signed Castellanos in the winter window for £25m, as the Argentine then went onto score six goals in the Premier League

Despite his impressive goal return and performances, the 27-year-old was unable to keep the Irons in the top flight.

Now, it seems a player of his ability will be too good to keep in the second tier of English football, as he's already proven his Premier League quality.

The Friedkin Group have already seen multiple players come from abroad and struggle, as their best success in the transfer market has arguably come from players who have already shown their class in England.

Castellanos falls in that bracket, and given reports that he will be available for a 'bargain fee' this summer, he should check all of their boxes.

Mainly, his pound-for-pound value could be the key trigger for Dan Friedkin and Co. to submit an offer for West Ham's star centre-forward.

Everton could pull off triple West Ham heist

Moyes is keen on signing multiple players from West Ham, with Castellanos the latest name to be added to the list.

There have been reports that the Toffees will look to sign Aaron Wan-Bissaka from the Hammers this summer, as the right-back is said to be worth between £15m and £20m.

Not are the Blues interested in Castellanos and Wan-Bissaka, but it's also suggested that Moyes is still keen on a reunion with Tomas Soucek.

After all, Everton are targeting a new midfielder, and if their attempts to bring Hayden Hackney to Hill Dickinson fail, they could turn their attention to Soucek.
