Everton have exploded into life in the summer transfer window, with Folarin Balogun their latest major target.
David Moyes was uncertain when quizzed on transfers after the 1-1 draw at Bournemouth, but it's all systems go now.

Premier League on red alert for Folarin Balogun
Currently at AS Monaco, the United States international looks destined for the Premier League.
Speaking on Sunday, Monaco CEO, Thiago Scuro, confirmed that talks are taking place over an exit for the striker.
When quizzed by Everton fans, reliable journalist Alan Myers shared exactly what he had heard on the grapevine.
"From what I hear, there are a number of clubs that have registered their interest," he said when asked about the Premier League.
"I haven't had it confirmed, but I believe we (Everton) may be one of those."
Things have kicked up a notch overnight, and it's become very clear that Everton are one of those clubs, possibly even top of the list.
Where does Folarin Balogun fit in at Everton?
With Richarlison also coming in, the Friedkins are set to finally spend big at Hill Dickinson Stadium.
It also creates somewhat of a dilemma for Moyes, who could have three strikers all fighting for one spot.
Balogun could play off a physical striker like Thierno Barry or Richarlison, so a change of system could be in the works.
Now, every single update online is mentioning Everton with the American, but they clearly weren't alone in this pursuit.
It would be a real coup, but it looks as though Balogun is currently destined for the Toffees.
