The 30-year-old has featured regularly for Palace since signing from Genk in January 2024.
He has arguably become one of the better right-backs in the Premier League over that period.
That makes it all the more surprising that the 30-year-old could be allowed to leave in the coming days or weeks.
It appears that his departure could be imminent, even after he featured for Crystal Palace against Freiburg in a pre-season friendly on Saturday.
The Eagles fell to a 3-0 defeat in Germany before all the players applauded the travelling away fans.
Munoz was one to join in as he gave away his shirt.
As seen in the above footage, he waved to fans before patting his chest as he walked away.
That could certainly represent a goodbye after such strong exit links in the past week.
Is Munoz the best right-back option for Everton?
The Toffees are certainly in the market for a right-back and might not find better than the Colombian.
There is a general feeling that this deal could be too good to be true, but that might not stop it from happening.
A report from Alan Nixon via Patreon suggested that Everton would move if Palace were open to sell.
They appear willing to do exactly that and Everton want to be informed of any movement.
With Munoz seemingly saying his goodbyes to the Palace fans, a move could be on the cards very soon indeed.
