The England international looks set to join Chelsea from Aston Villa this transfer window.

The Toffees are arguably in a strong position to set the terms for the forward's sale and must use Rogers as a reference point.

Sky Sports have reported that Chelsea will pay a British-record £117million to sign the 23-year-old attacker from Villa Park.

Rogers was influential in Unai Emery's team winning the Europa League last season and scored 10 goals and provided seven assists in the Premier League.

Ndiaye has also consistently shown his qualities through his goal contributions in the English top flight since moving from Olympique Marseille.

There's no reason why the Merseyside outfit can't demand their own record sale to sanction the Senegalese winger's departure, and everyone knows Villa have the money to do so.
