He stated that it is worth £29.9million and he is set for a medical in the coming days.
A further report from Quotidiano Sportivo claims that Rowe's importance to the Emilia-Romagna outfit will only increase if Castro leaves.
It states that there is no price that matters, despite Everton's enquiry, suggesting that an exit is off the cards.
