Everton may not have much room to negotiate with Galatasaray over winger Baris Alper Yilmaz.

The Blues are looking to improve and add to their attacking ranks ahead of the upcoming season.

However, that does look unlikely amid a reveal about an agreement the Turkish giants have.

According to outlet Fanatik, Galatasaray will have to pay 20 per cent of the future sale of Yilmaz to his former club Keciorengucu.

And that is said to be the main sticking point behind their refusal to budge on their asking price of £42.8million.

Additionally, the report does share that Galatasaray want to keep the player but will "not stand in his way" should he want a Premier League move.

For Everton, that would not prove to be an issue in their pursuit of the Turkish forward.

Previous reports shared that Everton have agreed personal terms with Yilmaz already.

Yilmaz has proven himself over the last few years, and in three World Cup appearances this summer, managed to score for his country.

So, he would be an exciting acquisition.

If Everton are unwilling to reach the asking price of the 26-time Turkish league champions, then they must look elsewhere.

While the fact Galatasaray would reluctantly allow Yilmaz to leave for the Premier League remains, negotiations are seemingly off the table.

A move for the 26-year-old is simply a case of cough up what is required in order to land the transfer.
