Everton have multiple fires to put out in the transfer market but they have only brought Hayden Hackney as a new face to Merseyside.
The Toffees secured a good value deal to bring the midfielder to L3 and it looks like they tried to do the same with Ueda.

The interest in Ueda is not new, and it appears that it had gone further than just liking the striker.
According to Soccernews in the Netherlands, Everton were willing to go to £19.6million to strike a deal for forward Ueda.
However, they state that Feyenoord technical director Devy Rigaux "refused to accept" an offer that low.
The Rotterdam based side are holding out for a higher sum.
After ending last season as the Eredivise top goal scorer and impressing at the 2026 World Cup, Ueda's valuation at Feyenoord is set between £25.5m and £30m.
Whether Everton return to the mix for the Japanese star remains to be seen.
But the report also details how Shaqueel van Persie is the main priority for striker at the Eredivise side, which could push Ueda out.
What has Feyenoord's manager said about Ueda's future?
Ueda's future in the Netherlands is by no means secure.
Feyenoord manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst has admittedly stated so in the last week.
As relayed by Soccernews, the Dutchman stated that there is a "possibility" that Ueda is sold by Feyenoord before the end of the window.
So, the door for a move is clearly open but the Toffees may need to adjust their own expectations in order to get it done.
