Jack Grealish spotted deep in conversation with Andy Burnham in new footage
Andy Burnham's love for Everton is well documented.
The Prime Minister was a season ticket holder at Goodison Park for many years and likewise now at Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Burnham is still a semi-regular at Everton matches, even if most of his time is now taken up by matters bigger - some would say - than football.
As part of his duties as PM, Burnham also regularly attends high-profile events.
One of those events being the Pride of Britain awards this week, which Jack Grealish also attended.
And footage has now emerged of the pair deep in conversation during the ceremony in London on Monday night.
'Big Zuu' jokes about Jack Grealish footage
Grealish had the evening off due to Everton not being in action between the loss to Chelsea on Saturday and next Saturday's trip to Arsenal.
Footage was shared by celebrity chef and social media personality 'Big Zuu' on Tuesday, as relayed by X account Politics UK.
Grealish is seen sat down while talking to a standing-up Burnham, while TV presenter Kelly Kates is next to the two.
It is not known what was said in the conversation, but 'Big Zuu' gave his own thoughts in the eight-second clip.
"They're not talking about [Manchester] United," he could be heard joking.
'Zuu' is a well-known United fan, while he has previously featured in Soccer Aid alongside Grealish.
Has Jack Grealish performed as expected for Everton since returning?
Everton bringing Grealish back for a second time on loan caused plenty of excitement in the summer window.
That is despite it somewhat going under the radar at the time due to the whole Folarin Balogun farce.
The England international has yet to score or assist for the Toffees since returning, which is undoubtedly disappointing.
However, Grealish was brilliant against Chelsea at the weekend and should never have been taken off.
That said, David Moyes will want to see more from Grealish in terms of his attacking figures.
That includes shooting more, as he averages just 1.21 shots per 90 minutes.
For context, eight others currently better that among those to have featured for the Toffees in the Premier League this term.
Everyone knows exactly what Grealish is capable of, though, and hopefully he starts to add goals and assists to his game before too long.
